How to care for your
Rainbow Cake

Handling the Cake box

Carry the kake box carefully from the bottom.

Position of your Cake

Keep the cake level at all times, including transportation, refrigeration, and display. If you are using a cake stand, ensure it is sturdy and wider than the cake base.

Temperature: Transportation and storage

Store kake box in a refrigerator or in a cool dry place below room temperature. The kake must be kept cool until 1-2 hours before serving.

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Serving your Cake

If your cake is made with buttercream take cake out 1 hour before serving and serve at room temperature.

This is so the buttercream softens and the cake moistens. If you eat the cream cold, it will be firm and a little crumbly.

If the cake is made with whipped cream then it is best served cool.

Display environment

Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat when not in fridge. Your cake is delicate so keep it on a firm surface out of harms way.
