Carry the kake box carefully from the bottom.
Keep the cake level at all times, including transportation, refrigeration, and display. If you are using a cake stand, ensure it is sturdy and wider than the cake base.
Temperature: Transportation and storage
Store kake box in a refrigerator or in a cool dry place below room temperature. The kake must be kept cool until 1-2 hours before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
If your cake is made with buttercream take cake out 1 hour before serving and serve at room temperature.
If it is a whipped cream based cake then it is best served cool.
Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat when not in fridge. Your cake is delicate so keep it on a firm surface out of harms way.
