Terms and conditions

• Deposit is refunded once equipment returned in original condition.
• Returned within 14 days: IF not returned within this period we consider this a purchase and your deposit will no longer be refundable.

Cleaning requirements:
• You must rinse the palette and brushes with water whilst still wet. If not, it's impossible to clean once dry and you will incur the cleaning penality.
• Cleaning penalty: $5 - subtracted from your deposit

Items return options:
• Return shipping at customer's expense.
• We can recommend our third party courier service for you (approx. $10-15)
• Drop off to Templegreen NE Calgary available.

 

How to pre-order
Our cakes are freshly made to order so they must be preordered.

1. Make your selection and add it to the cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and select your preorder date.
Delivery or local Calgary pickup available
Delivery is available within Calgary. The Calgary surrounding areas have an additional fee.

Local pick up for pre-orders are available outside of our general opening hours displayed on google maps, however reserving your pre-order pickup date and time is essential.

How to care for your Artist's Kit (Rent)
Handling the cake box
Carry the kake box carefully from the bottom.
Position of your cake
Keep the cake level at all times, including transportation, refrigeration, and display. If you are using a cake stand, ensure it is sturdy and wider than the cake base.
Temperature: Transportation and storage
Store kake box in a refrigerator or in a cool dry place below room temperature. The kake must be kept cool until 1-2 hours before serving.

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Serving your cake
If your cake is made with buttercream take cake out 1 hour before serving and serve at room temperature.

If it is a whipped cream based cake then it is best served cool.
Display environment
Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat when not in fridge. Your cake is delicate so keep it on a firm surface out of harms way.
